We came across two young dogs without a history of laparotomy in which intra-abdominal membranous structures were found during ovariohysterectomy. The made ovariohysterectomy difficult; greater omental hypoplasia was suspected. A similar condition has been reported humans laparotomy; however, it not veterinary medicine.
